1.1 The Outside Clinic is the owner and operator of this website and supplier for the purposes of this agreement whose address for payment is 3/5 Wood Street, Swindown, SN1 4AN.

2. The Service

2.1 The Outside Clinic supplies goods as set out in our catalogue.

3. Accuracy Of Content

3.1 We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of these website terms, in particular to ensure the proces quoted are correct at time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of goods or their prices are as advertised on the website.

4. Price Of Goods And Delivery Costs

4.1 Price of goods shall be as stated in the standard price list which is accessed and as set out on the Outside Clinic website which is correct at the time of display.

4.2 All orders for goods require full pre-payment by credit or debit card prior to delivery.

4.3 Transmission of debit or credit card numbers or other data in relation to payment for the goods is entirely at the customers risk.

4.4 Payment must be made upon placement of order, prior to delivery and delivery will be made upon receipt and cleared funds in respect of the price.

4.5 Price for goods includes and VAT payable on the goods.

4.6 Customers are responsible for delivery charges in respect of goods returned to the Outside Clinic, which are to be returned in their original packaging.

4.7 We accept no liability if delivery is delayed because the Outside Clinic were not given correct payment details.

5. Arrangements For Delivery And Performance

5.1 Delivery of the goods will take place at the delivery address stated on the order form.

5.2 Any dates specified for delivery of goods are estimates only and time for delivery is neither guaranteed nor of the essence. Delivery of the goods will take place within a reasonable time not exceeding 30 working days.

5.3 If for any reason (through no fault of the Outside Clinic) you do not accept delivery of the goods we reserve the right to charge additional fees to cover any reasonable additional costs and charges incurred by the Outside Clinic by reason of refusal to accept delivery whether by way of additional insurance, postage, storage or delivery charges.

5.4 The Outside Clinic only accepts orders for goods that are currently in stock.

5.5 The Outside Clinic reserves the right to change its standard price at any time and such changes shall apply to any purchase order placed with the Outside Clinic at the time of change.

5.6 All goods are delivered to you by way of first class post. The Outside Clinic reserves the right to claim delivery charges from you.

5.7 Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only. To extent permitted by English law, we disclaim all warranties express or implied, as to the accuracy contained in any of the materials on this website and we shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials contained on this website.

5.8 All items are subject to availability. We endeavour to inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

5.9 If the Outside Clinic does not obtain full payment for the goods we reserve the right to cancel the contract and/or suspend any further deliveries to you.

5.10 The Outside Clinic is only able to delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

6. Right Of Cancellation

6.1 You have a right to cancel any contract for the order of goods made with the Outside Clinic upon the expiry of seven days, commencing from the date when you placed the order for the goods with the Outside Clinic.

6.2 The notice of cancellation given by you must be in writing or in another durable form accessible to the Outside Clinic indicating an intention to cancel the contract.

6.3 On the cancellation of the contract, the Outside Clinic will reimburse any sums paid under the contract less the charge or costs incurred in respect of recovering the goods supplied under the agreement including postage and transport costs.

6.4 Where a contract has been cancelled or you are in possession of goods you are under a duty throughout the period prior to cancellation to retain possession of the goods and to take reasonable care of them. You are also under a duty to restore the goods to the Outside clinic and upon cancellation to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.

7. Substitutes Of Equivalent Quality Or Price Where Goods Unavailable

7.1 Where the Outside Clinic is unable to supply the goods ordered by you, the Outside Clinic may perform the contract by providing substitute goods of equivalent quality and service.

8. Performance

8.1 If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased, you may return them within 10 working days for replacement, substitution or refund.

9. Guarantee

9.1 The Outside Clinic guarantees all products against any defect as a result of manufacturing and we will replace the item up to one year from the purchase date.
